★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 19/06/2017 compro da loro una MTB da 400 euro, torno oggi con il cambio spaccato, l'assetto della ruota deformato e un raggio rotto, il tutto mentre normalmente pedalavo con la MTB per strada asfaltata. Premetto che la bici l'ho usata poco in questo anno, max 200 kilometri, è sempre usata in strade asfaltate ed evitando le buche. Nonostante fosse in garanzia mi hanno fatto pagare la riparazione incolpando me dell'accaduto, anche se era chiaro che io ci stavo solo pedalando senza nessun danno accidentale, hanno guadagnato 40 euro ma sicuramente hanno perso un cliente.
On 06/19/2017 I buy a 400 euro MTB from them, I come back today with the split gearbox, the deformed wheel trim and a broken spoke, all while I normally pedaled with the MTB on the asphalt road. I state that the bike I have used little in this year, max 200 kilometers, it is always used on paved roads and avoiding potholes. Although it was under warranty they made me pay for the repair blaming me for what happened, even though it was clear that I was just pedaling there without any accidental damage, they earned 40 euros but they certainly lost a customer.
