Competenza al servizio dei clienti, grande disponibilità fanno di Max bici non solo un negozio di bici e officina(il mitico Ciccio è un mago della ciclo-meccanica) ma un punto di incontro di appassionati. Io ho una bici particolare, una cargo bike e vi assicuro che mai per qualsiasi problema non abbiamo trovato una soluzione. Centro assistenza Bosch per i motori elettrici non ti lasciano mai piedi. Qui puoi trovare la bici che fa per te, dalla più tecnica(corsa, mtb, gravel e chi più ne ha più ne metta) a quelle da città l'assistenza è completa. Ho acquistato la mia bianchi da Max bici venendo da RC quasi per caso ma si è rivelata una scelta davvero ottima. Il personale è stato davvero eccezionale. Dopo l'acquisto della bici ho acquistato camere d'aria e qualche accessorio sempre ottimi. Dopo qualche mese dall'acquisto della bici l'ho portata per una revisione e il ragazzo di cui mi sfugge il nome si è dimostrato disponibile e l'ha fatta nello stesso pomeriggio per non farmi tornare il giorno dopo. Revisione impeccabile, la bici è tornata come nuova. Che dire. Consigliatissimo. Professional and competent. But also friendly and always available. I bought my Bianchi from Max bike coming from RC almost by accident but it turned out to be a really great choice. The staff was really great. After the purchase of the bike I bought tubes and some accessories that are always excellent. A few months after buying the bike I took it for a review and the guy whose name escapes me proved available and did it in the same afternoon so that I wouldn't come back the next day. Impeccable overhaul, the bike is as good as new. What to say. Highly recommended.
