Ci hanno guidato ad un acquisto corretto, li contraddistingue passione per il lavoro e correttezza nei confronti del cliente. I prezzi sono in linea con i prodotti di gamma medio alta che vengono trattati, addirittura ritengo siano molto competitivi. Non posso fare altro che consigliarli e ringraziarli per l’aiuto e la pazienza. We bought two bikes, the owners are very knowledgeable. They guided us to a correct purchase, their passion for work and fairness towards the customer distinguishes them. The prices are in line with the medium-high range products that are treated, I even think they are very competitive. I can do nothing but advise them and thank them for their help and patience.

Un giro nelle Langhe pazzesco, con consigli vari sui posti da visitare per la prossima gita! Mr. Maurizio very helpful, the bikes were perfect (new, comfortable and with large pockets to insert coats and bags) and they allowed us to get up to Neive (24km a / r) without problems. A ride in the crazy Langhe, with various tips on places to visit for the next trip!

Anche la richiesta di venderci un anello di gomma è stata respinta in modo estremamente scortese. Ora dovevamo spingere la bici per 20 km. Non abbiamo mai incontrato una persona così inutile. 1 stella nella valutazione è davvero troppa. Sicuramente non c'è servizio. Tu dovresti vergognarti di te stesso! during a bike tour in Alba we had a defect in the gears and asked for advice. The owner refused any help. The request to sell us a rubber ring was also rejected in an extremely rude way. Now we had to push the bike for 20km. We have never met such a useless person. 1 star in the rating is way too much. There is definitely no service. You should be ashamed of yourself!
