★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia bici da corsa a cambiare il gruppo centrale in quanto l'avevo rotto.
Il commesso mi aveva proposto un gruppo nuovo di pacca ma alla prima uscita si è rotto. Tornato in negozio mi hanno detto che era stata colpa mia senza sostituirmelo in garanzia.
Mi sono rivolto ad un altro negozio e mi hanno fatto vedere come il gruppo venduto come nuovo in verità fosse usato e non poco. Inoltre, ni avevano montato delle pedivelle più lunghe rispetto alla mia misura iniziale.
Sarà anche famoso in Brianza, ma c'è decisamente di meglio. Super sconsigliato.
 I took my racing bike to change the core group as I had broken it.
The clerk had proposed me a brand new group but at the first exit it broke. Back in the shop they told me it was my fault without replacing it under warranty.
I turned to another shop and they showed me how the group sold as new was actually used and not a little. Also, ni had cranks that were longer than my initial size.
It will also be famous in Brianza, but there is much better. Super not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 23 aprile scorso mi sono recato presso il negozio con l'intenzione di acquistare una bici da corsa. Ho trovato un assistente alla vendita disponibilissimo e capace che, con molta pazienza mi ha spiegato e consigliato (prima bici da corsa in assoluto: partivo da zero). Ho scelto una Colnago usata, mi sono state "prese le misure" ed è stata inviata al laboratorio per le regolazioni di messa in strada.
Il giorno seguente prima uscita, poi la seconda, poi la terza e così via ...
Scopro nell'ordine: sella non in bolla, inclinata in avanti, molta fatica tanto fastidio. Tacchette montate alla c..zo di cane da loro sulle scarpe che mi hanno venduto: formicolio ai piedi molto fastidioso e dolore al ginocchio dx. Cambio sui rapporti lunghi che sferraglia : con buona probabilità va registrato meglio cosa che evidentemente non hanno fatto.
A ciò si aggiunge una quasi totale assenza di una qualsivoglia spiegazione sui principi rudimentali di manutenzione almeno per sapere come e quando lubrificare la catena e smontare le ruote in caso di foratura etc. (fortuna che esistono i tutorial).
Che dire: assistente alla vendita a parte (che è stato davvero TOP) il resto, a livello di customer care rasenta la pena.
Vendere e fatturare è fondamentale ma non è tutto ma da quello che ho potuto vedere datante l'ora di attesa, pare interessi solo quello.
On 23 April I went to the shop with the intention of buying a racing bike. I found a very available and capable sales assistant who patiently explained and advised me (first racing bike ever: I started from scratch). I chose a used Colnago, the measurements were "taken" and it was sent to the laboratory for the adjustments to be made on the road.
The following day, first outing, then the second, then the third and so on ...
I discover in order: saddle not level, tilted forward, a lot of effort, a lot of annoyance. Cleats mounted to the c..zo of dog by them on the shoes they sold me: tingling in the feet very annoying and pain in the right knee. Change on long ratios that rattles: in all likelihood it should be recorded better, which obviously they have not done.
Added to this is an almost total absence of any explanation on the rudimentary principles of maintenance at least to know how and when to lubricate the chain and remove the wheels in case of puncture etc. (luckily there are tutorials).
What can I say: apart from the sales assistant (which was really TOP) the rest, in terms of customer care, borders on worth.
Selling and invoicing is essential but that's not all but from what I have been able to see dating from the waiting time, it seems only that interests.
