Liquidato in 30 secondi, peraltro sbattendo in faccia con una certa sufficiernza il fatto che sono strapieni di lavoro e che hanno "finito tutto", come se fosse motivo di vanto di fronte ad un potenziale cliente che aveva deciso di spendere da loro i propri soldi. Sarebbe stato gradito un minimo di relazione e coinvolgimento, magari dedicando un minimo di tempo in più, magari spiegando qualcosa di quella bici (non una bici base) alla quale ero interessato. Mi sono sentito come se mi stessero facendo un favore a darmi retta. Tecnicamente sarà anche bravo ma non è l'unico. I agree with a comment below. In un minuto hanno individuato il problema, un cavo tranciato, ed è stato prontamente risolto. Hanno sostituito anche il cavo del cambio senza problemi. Anche il comportamento, massima correttezza e gentilezza al contrario di rush cycle di malgrate ove il titolare sig. Emanuele dopo che un suo operaio aveva appoggiato per la consegna la mia bicicletta su altre (perché un altro mi ha perso il cavalletto) ha detto "tolga da lì quel cesso di bicicletta".
