★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavo quasi finendo il mio viaggio iniziato dalla ciclabile della Valsugana e poi in Austria colegandomi alla ciclabile Alpe Adria quando a Palmanova si è spezzato il cambio, sono stato costretto a lasciare la bicicletta nascosta tra una siepe e fare autostop per ritornare in centro dove ho trovato assistenza da cicli 4R a Palmanova. Il titolare Roberto si è dimostrato davvero una brava persona, mi ha aiutato a riprendere la bici e mi ha rattoppato la catena perchè non aveva il pezzo di ricambio del cambio, giusto per andare a Cervignano e prendere il treno per tornare a casa. Devo dire che Roberto non ha voluto un centesimo quando ho chiesto quanto voleva, trovare persone così ai giorni nostri è raro, persone che antepongono agli scrupoli o preconcetti, dei loro valori che comunque sono dettati dalla loro natura. Di persone così credo ci si possa fidare anche quando si passa in negozio da loro ( per altro ben fornito ! ) perchè insieme al guadagno possegono l'obbiettivo di fare guadagnare anche ai loro clienti dal servizio che offrono. Altamente raccomandato , highly recomended !!!!!!
I was almost finishing my journey started from the Valsugana cycle path and then in Austria connecting to the Alpe Adria cycle path when in Palmanova the gearbox broke, I was forced to leave the bicycle hidden among a hedge and hitchhike to return to the center where I found assistance from 4R cycles in Palmanova. The owner Roberto proved to be a really good person, he helped me get my bike back and patched up the chain because he didn't have the spare part for the gearbox, just to go to Cervignano and take the train back home. I must say that Roberto did not want a penny when I asked how much he wanted, finding people like this is rare nowadays, people who put their values before scruples or preconceptions, which in any case are dictated by their nature. I believe you can trust people like this even when you go to their shop (well-stocked!) Because together with the gain they have the aim of making their customers earn from the service they offer. Highly recommended, highly recomended !!!!!!

A heartfelt thanks to Roberto who patiently and professionally replaced me with a bottom bracket that could not be unscrewed and rebuilt the now dated rear shock absorber and last but not least a very low cost.
