β β β β β Wow! We had such an amazing experience with Serena. It was so great to see this family run business and the different productions stages of Parmigiano Reggiano, which takes place 365 days of the year. Serena was lovely and answered all of our questions with knowledge. The tasting was delicious. We got to try 12, 24 and 36 year old cheeses, paired with bread and the most delicious dips. We were in a campervan, and allowed to stay outside the building for the night before our tour. It was a wonderful experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

β β β β β Visited in June of this year with Insight Tours. Loved this place. Lovely people and great Parmesan Cheese. Brought 3 wedges back home to Canada with us and really enjoying it on our pasta. Brings back wonderful memories.

β β β β β Thanks to our wonderful guide (Naena - sorry about the spelling) , who showed us around. We got to watch paramagianna being born, and experience the incredible cheese storeroom. Afterwards we were treated to sampling some of the different kinds of cheese they make, as well as the incredible butter. The cheese is organic, and extremely good value for money, I only wish I could have bought more to take back with me!

β β β β β My family and I had a tour at this family owned and operated location a few days ago and we had such an amazing time! Serena was our guide and told us everything about the family business and history making authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. We learned so much about the production and aging process that we will never look at this cheese without remembering everything we learned. We truly enjoyed our tour and had an absolutely amazing tasting in the store room after. I highly recommended visiting this place if you want an awesome experience and are interested in learning about the process. Itβs well worth it and you wont be disappointed!
