★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scorrettezza sconcertante. Hanno provato a farmi pagare per la sostituzione di un pezzo di cui loro avevano sbagliato a prendere la misura. Di fronte al mio rifiuto hanno anche insinuato che io stessi facendo la furba! Su una fornitura di migliaia di euro già regolarmente pagata hanno provato a far la cresta per altri 50 euro! Hanno perso un cliente, e lo dico a malincuore perché da loro ho trovato un assortimento di materiali e finiture che in zona non si trovano così facilmente. Peccato.
 Disconcerting incorrectness. They tried to make me pay for the replacement of a piece they had wrongly measured. Faced with my refusal, they also implied that I was being smart! On a supply of thousands of euros already regularly paid, they tried to make the crest for another 50 euros! They lost a customer, and I say this reluctantly because I found an assortment of materials and finishes from them that are not so easily found in the area. Sin.
