★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ordinato oggetto a 63€ iva inclusa, vengo contattato la settimana successiva per il ritiro ma telefonicamente mi viene comunicato che il prezzo non era più 63€ bensì 69€. Accetto e mi reco in negozio e lì l'amara sorpresa: mi viene richiesto il pagamento di 69€ + iva!
Il titolare è stato a dir poco inqualificabile, si è limitato a dare la colpa dell'errore al dipendente e non si è degnato neanche di spegnere la sigaretta e tirarsi su la mascherina sebbene fossi con due bambini.
Rifiutato l'acquisto ed ordinato online, non mi vedranno più e non avranno buona pubblicità.
Bad experience, ordered item at € 63 including VAT, I am contacted the following week for collection but by telephone I am informed that the price was no longer € 63 but € 69. I accept and I go to the shop and there the bitter surprise: I am asked to pay € 69 + VAT!
The owner was nothing short of unspeakable, he limited himself to blaming the error on the employee and did not even deign to put out his cigarette and pull up his mask even though I was with two children.
Refused the purchase and ordered online, they will no longer see me and will not have good publicity.
