La chiesa di Sant'Agostino di Tirano è una chiesa di limitate dimensioni che si trova nella cerchia del centro cittadino, presso l'attuale Palazzo Marinoni che anticamente ne costituiva il convento annesso. Retta dagli agostiniani, dopo la soppressione degli ordini religiosi di fine Settecento, la chiesa passò al clero secolare che l'amministra tuttora.
La struttura, semplice ma raffinata, si compone di un'unica navata interna.
Di gusto medioevaleggiante, la chiesa è ornata in alto da quattro doccioni a forma di drago. In piazza Cavour sorge il palazzo che è sede del Comune di Tirano e che fu in origine il convento degli Agostiniani.

The church of Sant'Agostino di Tirano is a church of limited size which is located in the circle of the city center, at the current Palazzo Marinoni which in ancient times constituted its adjoining convent. Ruled by the Augustinians, after the suppression of the religious orders of the late eighteenth century, the church passed to the secular clergy who still administer it.
The structure, simple but refined, consists of a single internal nave.
Of medieval taste, the church is adorned at the top by four gargoyles in the shape of a dragon. In Piazza Cavour stands the building which is the seat of the Municipality of Tirano and which was originally the convent of the Augustinians.
