Essa presenta una facciata sviluppata in altezza, movimentata da lesene e cornici e decorata con un dipinto centrale di San Rocco, eseguito dall'artista castagnolese Gabriella Piccatto, sopra al quale vi é una finestra ovale. Internamente ha navata unica sormontata da volta a botte e abside semicircolare, pareti laterali con lesene, cornici e archi
Church dedicated to San Rocco at the concentric of the upper part of Castagnole delle Lanze, built in the early twentieth century in bricks on the site of a previous church. It has a façade developed in height, enlivened by pilasters and cornices and decorated with a central painting by San Rocco, executed by the Castagnese artist Gabriella Piccatto, above which there is an oval window. Internally it has a single nave surmounted by a barrel vault and a semicircular apse, side walls with pilasters, cornices and arches
