★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso essere d'accordo con chi dice che sono disponibili e competenti. La mia esperienza è stata ben diversa. A parte il fatto che potrebbero mettere dei posti a sedere per chi deve affrontare l' attesa fuori dalla farmacia, ieri sera mi sono recata per chiedere un farmaco che per me è un salvavita, soffrendo io di asma, mi è stato negato. È vero non mi conoscono, avrei dovuto pagarlo ma avevo solo parte del denaro richiesto. Ho esibito la richiesta del mio medico curante, ( a prova del fatto che assumo tale farmaco per necessità)che è vero era già stata erogata da un'altra farmacia, ma neanche provare a vedere se potevano venirmi incontro in qualche modo. Ho trovato solo rigidità ed incomprensione.
Unfortunately I cannot agree with those who say they are helpful and competent. My experience was quite different. Apart from the fact that they could put seats for those who have to face the waiting outside the pharmacy, last night I went to ask for a drug that for me is a lifesaver, as I suffer from asthma, I was denied. It's true they don't know me, I should have paid for it but I only had part of the requested money. I presented the request from my doctor, (as proof that I take this drug out of necessity) which is true had already been dispensed by another pharmacy, but I didn't even try to see if they could meet me in any way. I found only rigidity and misunderstanding.
