a	alisei. net on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chiesetta accompagnata da un alto e sfilato campanile che si fa notare per il bel portale gotico e per la sua facciata completamente affrescata nel cinquecento. Purtroppo il tempo e le intemperie stanno spegnendo i colori e anche le scene e i personaggi rappresentati stanno in parte svanendo. Interessante l’interno, non sempre visitabile, che risulta ottimamente recuperato con diversi affreschi su entrambi i lati così come la Pala d’altare. Sul lato destro la cappella dedicata a San Biagio completamente affrescata con disegni dai colori intensi, le scene della vita del Santo si trovano sulla cupola. La cappella è stata oggetto di diversi interventi nel corso della sua storia e questo si nota. Sulla sinistra della chiesa è visibile la cappella di San Giacomo. Anche questa è ricoperta di affreschi ma solo nella volte con nervature intrecciate tipiche del romanico e del gotico. La sensazione è che questa interessante chiesa non sia opportunamente valutata dal punto di vista turistico. A small church accompanied by a tall and marvelous bell tower that stands out for its beautiful Gothic portal and for its facade completely frescoed in the sixteenth century. Unfortunately, the weather and the weather are dying out the colors and the scenes and characters represented are also partially disappearing. The interior is interesting, not always open, which is excellently recovered with different frescoes on both sides as well as the altarpiece. On the right side the chapel dedicated to San Biagio completely frescoed with drawings in intense colors, the scenes from the life of the Saint are found on the dome. The chapel has been the subject of several interventions throughout its history and this is noticeable. On the left of the church the chapel of San Giacomo is visible. This too is covered with frescoes but only in the vaults with intertwined ribs typical of the Romanesque and Gothic styles. The feeling is that this interesting church is not properly evaluated from the tourist point of view.
D	Davide Polcari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa incantevole, un tempo interamente affrescata, oggi comunque ancora meravigliosa, riaperta grazie al contributo e al presidio di un pregevole gruppo di volontari che - nel corso della mia visita - hanno tenuto in sottofondo un suggestivo canto gregoriano. Vale proprio la pena di compiere qualche passo in più, oltre il Monastero di Santa Maria della Valle, per scovarla e visitarla. Enchanting church, once entirely frescoed, still today still marvelous, reopened thanks to the contribution and supervision of a valuable group of volunteers who - during my visit - held a suggestive Gregorian chant in the background. It is really worth taking a few more steps, beyond the Monastery of Santa Maria della Valle, to find and visit it.

Spesso viene aperto il giardino a fianco dove vengono organizzati dei piccoli spettacoli e diversi giochi per i bambini ( vedi , ad esempio, festa della zucca di Cividale) Very beautiful church (but not always open). The external facade is decorated. Worth a visit if you come to Cividale del Friuli. Often the side garden is opened where small shows and different games for children are organized (see, for example, the pumpkin festival in Cividale)
