Entrando si possono ammirare bellissimi affreschi e opere d'arte di pittori famosi come "il Martirio di San Sebastiano" e tanti altri. In questa prima navata, oltre all'altare della Madonna, si trova l'altare con una meravigliosa statua lignea di San Giuseppe, festeggiato in chiesa il 19 marzo con la processione per le vie di Pizzo. Nella seconda navata si trova un' Altare con la statua lignea di San Sebastiano, titolare della Chiesa. In una grande vetrata si trova il simulacro del Cristo Morto, veramente meraviglioso. Più in giù dell'altare del Santo, si trova una cappellina in cui si custodiscono statue lignee raffiguranti la Passione e la Morte di Cristo, portate in processione il Venerdì santo, nella cosiddetta e suggestiva Processione "di l'Angeleji" in dialetto pizzitano. Una Chiesa piccola ma bellissima, da visitare! The church has two aisles. The first is dedicated to the SS. Name of Mary, managed by the homonymous Archconfraternity. Entering you can admire beautiful frescoes and works of art by famous painters such as "the Martyrdom of Saint Sebastian" and many others. In this first nave, in addition to the altar of the Madonna, there is the altar with a wonderful wooden statue of St. Joseph, celebrated in church on March 19th with the procession through the streets of Pizzo. In the second nave there is an Altar with the wooden statue of San Sebastiano, owner of the Church. In a large window is the simulacrum of the Dead Christ, truly marvelous. Further down the altar of the Saint, there is a chapel in which wooden statues depicting the Passion and Death of Christ are kept, carried in procession on Good Friday, in the so-called and suggestive Procession "of l'Angeleji" in the Pizzitano dialect. A small but beautiful church to visit!

Ricostruita nei primordi del 1800, sui ruderi di un'antica chiesa, intitolata allo stesso Santo. Si custodiscono sei statue, rappresentanti la passione di Gesù, scolpite nel 1870 dallo scultore polistinese Antonio Morani. Tutti gli anni queste statue, la sera del Giovedì Santo, vengono portate in processione, alla suggestiva luce di rustiche fiaccole. The Church of San Sebastiano rises in the highest part of the city. Rebuilt in the early 1800s, on the ruins of an ancient church, dedicated to the same Saint. Six statues are kept, representing the passion of Jesus, sculpted in 1870 by the Polistinese sculptor Antonio Morani. Every year these statues, on the evening of Holy Thursday, are carried in procession, in the suggestive light of rustic torches.
