★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle chiese più belle di Arcevia delle Clarisse che la custodirono dal 1917, ma recentemente hanno dovuto lasciare il luogo per anzianità.
Prima di partire. l'hanno restaurata magistralmente.
Possiede un coro ligneo intagliato, bellissimo di Domenico Valli, con un cancello che separava la clausura, dipinti del Ridolfi e dei Ramazzani ma soprattutto un'annunciazione di terracotta invetriata di Fra Mattia della Robbia. di inestimabile qualità, che si sarebbe ispirato ad un dipinto perduto di Raffaello. La chiesa fu fatta edificare nel 1551
