A	Antonello Camilotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fondata tra il 1700-1800, la Chiesa Parrocchiale di Santa Lucia, dedicata anche a San Rocco,e stata costruita presumibilmente anche prima del 17°, a testimonianza di questo vi è la sua struttura che poggia su un reticolato romano ed il ritrovamento di alcune olle per olio. Ha una facciata in stile neoclassico con frontone ricurvo e orlogio. Recentemente decorata con rosone in pietra della Maiella al posto di una finestra Monofora. Il campanile ha una cupolina contenente le campane in bronzo ed oro offerto dai Fedeli. L'interno è ad un'unica navata con ampie arcate. L'opera più preziosa risulta essere quella sull'altare maggiore, ovvero una tela dipinta dal pittore Francesco De Benedictis nel 1830 raffigurante San Rocco . La volta è stata dipinta nel periodo bellico 1943-1946 dal pittore napoletano Marucci. Nonostante la sua facciata sia in stile neoclassico, la struttura poggia su un reticolato romano con sistema costruttivo in opus reticulatum che, assieme al ritrovamento di due olle di terracotta con marchio del vasaio Panphilus Magister, testimonierebbe l'origine del paese come castrum romano. La facciata è stata recentemente decorata con un rosone in pietra della Majella, in sostituzione di una finestra monofora. L'interno è a navata unica rettangolare con due piccole nicchie ad arco a tutto sesto ricavate simmetricamente nelle pareti laterali, e l'aula è coperta da volte a botte lunettate delimitate da archi a tutto sesto e affrescate dal pittore napoletano Marucci. F	Fabrizio Ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente ci stiamo tutti affezionati ma ormai cade a pezzi e a vederla sembra voglia venire giù da un momento all'altro. L'unica cosa che si salva è l'organo a canne anche se non curato a dovere. È ora che la curia metta mano a portafogli e si decida a costruire la nuova chiesa il cui progetto, con tanto di "cantiere" risale ormai a molti anni fa. Surely we are all fond of it but by now it falls apart and to see it it seems to want to come down at any moment. The only thing that can be saved is the pipe organ even if not properly cared for. It is time for the curia to put their hand in their portfolios and decide to build the new church, the project of which, complete with a "construction site", dates back many years ago.
