β β β β β La Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giacomo (in internet la si trova sotto il nome di Chiesa della Madonna del Carmine non ho ben capito perchΓ©) si trova nel centro di Porto Azzurro e venne costruita dai residenti vicino al mare, i pescatori, che non potevano recarsi nella chiesa all'interno del Forte San Giacomo. L'interno presenta un'unica navata e alcune statue, sulla parete absidale dell'altare maggiore si trova un Crocefisso contornato dalle figure in mosaico dei quattro Evangelisti.
The Parish Church of San Giacomo (on the internet it is found under the name of Church of the Madonna del Carmine I have not understood why) is located in the center of Porto Azzurro and was built by the residents near the sea, the fishermen, who could not go in the church inside the Forte San Giacomo. The interior has a single nave and some statues, on the apse wall of the main altar there is a crucifix surrounded by mosaic figures of the four Evangelists.

β β β β β Non capisco perchΓ© il cancello sia aperto se le porte all'interno sono chiuse e non si puΓ² entrare, almeno da fuori Γ¨ una chiesa carina e ben tenuta, proprio non mi piace l'idea di non potendo entrare, ma Γ¨ una chiesa centrale e ben posizionata mi dispiace solo per i vicini che devono sentire la campanella ogni ora
I don't understand why the gate is open if the doors inside are closed and you cannot enter, at least from the outside it is a nice and well kept church, I just don't like the idea of ββnot being able to enter, but it is a central church and well located i am only sorry for the neighbors who have to hear the bell every hour
