★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa di S. Giacomo, sul corso Umberto di Casalnuovo, risale nella sua prima forma al cinquecento; è stata poi oggetto di ampliamenti, restauri e modifiche nei secoli successivi. La navata centrale è coronata da piccole cappelle laterali dedicate a vari Santi ed ha una bella volta affrescata.
Luogo sempre ospitale, tranquillo e ricco di spiritualità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio parere il prete andrebbe cambiato.Completamente irrispettoso nei confronti dei cittadini del territorio circostante alla chiesa,osa suonare le campane addirittura alle 4 di notte senza un motivo ragionevole.Si tratta sicuramente di una mancanza di rispetto fatta con il proposito.Affittate un prete che dorma la notte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E una chiesa molto antica e vicino casa mia i sacerdoti sono sempllici e cordiali. C'e sempre molta gente alle celebrazioni cosi si fanno i turni chi va alle 7.30 chi va alle 10 chi a Mezzogiorno e chi alle 18.30 questo alla domenica.gli altri giorni 7.30 18.30.la chiesa e dedicata a San Giacomo.ma il patrono della Chiesa e San Biagio e il 3 di febbraio. Si fa festa con la processione. Quest'anno a causa della pandemia non si è fatto nulla solo l'olio Benedetto del Santo che ogni anno viene fatto passate sulla gola dei fedeli.
It is a very old church and near my house the priests are simple and friendly.
