Ricevute due mail con 2 differenti tracking, dove pare che la merce non sia mai partita dalla zona di Napoli! DENUNCERÒ ALLA POLIZIA POSTALE se non ricevo il pacco o il rimborso di quanto pagato entro la settimana! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Very bad experience! Order placed on 21.12.2020 and paid in advance with paypal. Never received the ordered goods. Received two emails with 2 different tracking, where it seems that the goods have never left the Naples area! I WILL REPORT TO THE POSTAL POLICE if I do not receive the package or the refund of the amount paid within the week! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Sandali completamente diversi dalla foto. 2 paia di sandali, stesso modello e stesso numero hanno più di un centimetro di differenza tra loro. Praticamente inutilizzabile per me. Ho ordinato un sandalo nero e mi è arrivato color panna. L'altro maculato e non avete idea dello scempio che è. Completamente diverso dalla foto. Forse mandano quello che hanno disponibile non saprei... 35€ per i sandali più 7€ per il trasporto più 3 € per il pagamento alla consegna. Praticamente 45 euro buttati. I soldi che vi arrivano sono veri. La merce la pretendo vera, come l'ho chiesta e soprattutto come in foto! Bad experience. Completely different sandals from the photo. 2 pairs of sandals, same model and same number have more than one centimeter difference between them. Virtually unusable for me. I ordered a black sandal and it came in cream color. The other spotted and you have no idea of the havoc that is. Completely different from the photo. Maybe they send what they have available I don't know ... € 35 for sandals plus € 7 for transport plus € 3 for payment on delivery. Practically 45 euros thrown away. The money that comes to you is real. I expect the goods to be true, as I asked for and above all as in the picture!

La prima volta ho ordinato un paio di stivali in pelle e mi sono arrivati in camoscio, li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto che avevo sbagliato io, quando nel mio ordine e sul sito c’erano solo in pelle. La seconda volta ho ordinato due paia di scarpe, mi è arrivata l’email e il codice track come se il pacco fosse partito, ma dopo 20 giorni non arriva niente.. li contatto e cosa mi rispondono? Che non c’era il numero disponibile delle scarpe!! Vi sembra normale che un negozio non avvisi in mancanza del numero (l’ho scoperto solo contattandoli io) o che dia addirittura un track falso? Veramente mai più, professionalitá zero YOU DO NOT RECOMMEND, only bad experiences! The first time I ordered a pair of leather boots and they arrived in suede, I contacted them and they replied that I was wrong, when in my order and on the website there were only leather. The second time I ordered two pairs of shoes, I received the email and the track code as if the package had left, but after 20 days nothing arrives .. I contact them and what do they reply to me? That there was no shoe size available !! Does it seem normal to you that a shop does not notify you in the absence of the number (I only found out by contacting them) or that it even gives a fake track? Really never again, zero professionalism

Circa un mese fa un paio di scarpe numero 37, mi hanno inviato dopo una settimana le scarpe con un numero sbagliato, ho fatto notare il problema e ho dovuto fare il reso a spese mie. Dopodue settimane che ho rispedito le scarpe ancora non ho ricevuto quello che mi spetta e che ho già pagato. I see I'm not the only one who has had a negative experience. Truly dishonest. I ordered. About a month ago a pair of size 37 shoes, they sent me the wrong size shoes after a week, I pointed out the problem and had to return it at my expense. After two weeks of sending the shoes back, I still haven't received what I am entitled to and which I have already paid for.

Contatto su instagram dicendo che sembrava quasi sangue e la ragazza per mess vocale mi dice " prova a passare un panno bagnato sarà colla".... ho provato anche con lo sgrasstore a grattare con spazzolino ma niente.... mai più! Se avessi potuto avrei dato 0 stelle. Su whatsapp per il reso o cambio nemmeno rispondono. Painful. Boots arrived with one damaged, scratched with a red stain. Contact on instagram saying it looked like blood and the girl for voice mail tells me "try to wipe a wet cloth it will be glue" .... I also tried with the degreaser to scratch with a toothbrush but nothing .... never again! If I could I would have given it 0 stars. On whatsapp for the return or exchange they don't even respond.

Quando ho fatto notare l'errore mi da informazioni rispetto alla sostituzione che poi si sono rivelate non rispettate dal venditore. Sconsiglio vivamente. Mi hanno inviato scarpe difettate e dicono di non vedere il difetto, inoltre quelle che ho reso,perché di taglia errata, me le hanno rimborsate dopo averli dovuti sollecitare, ma non mi hanno rimborsato le spese di spedizione per l'invio, dunque quelle pagate al momento Dell acquisto. Lo sconsiglio. I would put zero stars. They sent me defective shoes and they say they do not see the defect, also the ones I returned, because of the wrong size, they refunded me after having had to request them, but they did not reimburse me the shipping costs for sending, therefore those paid at the time of Dell purchase. I do not recommend it.

Hanno fatto un rimborso, dopo varie settimane che hanno ricevuto le scarpe indietro, di 20€. Ho dovuto pretendere i 10€ mancanti per quasi un mese. Ed ancora oggi non ho visto nulla. Solo risposte stupide tramite il loro contatto WhatsApp. Lasciate stare. Ho dato una stella solo perché è il minimo. Educazione e serietà zero zero zero. Large number. I sent the shoes back, waiting for the refund of the 30 €. They made a refund, after several weeks of receiving the shoes back, of € 20. I had to claim the missing € 10 for almost a month. And even today I have not seen anything. Just stupid replies via their WhatsApp contact. Leave it alone. I only gave a star because it is the minimum. Zero zero zero education and seriousness.
