★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo semplice edificio fu riedificato sul finire degli anni trenta da ben due Confraternite che avuti totalmente distrutti i loro antichi luoghi di culto con il terremoto del 1908 decisero coraggiosamente di unire le proprie forze e riedificare una Chiesa. Le Confraternite in questione sono quella di San Francesco dei Mercanti e quella di Maria SS. della Consolazione e delle Anime del Purgatorio.
 This simple building was rebuilt in the late 1930s by two Confraternities who had totally destroyed their ancient places of worship with the 1908 earthquake and bravely decided to join forces and rebuild a Church. The Confraternities in question are that of San Francesco dei Mercanti and that of Maria SS. of Consolation and the Souls of Purgatory.
