This is the oldest church in Serravalle, dedicated to San Andrea; the frescoes on the walls from the end of the 15th to the beginning of the 16th are valuable; of a very simple layout, it houses among the various works frescoes by Francesco da Milano, a very active painter in Serravalle and its surroundings and a resident of Via Piai; roof with exposed wooden trusses, in the tree-lined access avenue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella chiesa medievale, ricca di affreschi del Quattrocento e del Cinquecento, alcuni dei quali sono opera di Francesco da Milano. Spettacolare la cappellina alla sinistra del presbiterio, tutta completamente affrescata. Purtroppo l'intero ambiente interno, non molto grande, è poco illuminato, rendendo la visione dei dipinti un po' difficoltosa. Rimane comunque una delle più belle chiese della zona.
Beautiful medieval church, full of frescoes from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, some of which are the work of Francesco da Milano. The chapel to the left of the presbytery is spectacular, completely frescoed. Unfortunately, the entire interior, not very large, is poorly lit, making the vision of the paintings a little difficult. However, it remains one of the most beautiful churches in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lungo viale fiancheggiato da cipressi conduce alla Pieve di Sant'Andrea di Bigonzo, isolata in uno spiazzo che un tempo fungeva da cimitero. Il termine pieve indica una chiesa delle origini, dotata di battistero, cui faceva capo la cristianizzazione di un territorio, e questo corrisponde alla fondazione di Sant'Andrea nel IV o V secolo, all'epoca cioè del martirio di Santa Augusta. L'edificio in questione viene però ricostruito in forme romaniche e consacrato nel 1303 con grande risalto nelle cronache del tempo. La facciata presenta un rosone pentalobato al centro e due baldacchini sepolcrali. Sul lato sud s'innalza il campanile seicentesco mentre all'opposto si trova un piccolo portico rinascimentale. L’interno, molto suggestivo, è a navata unica coperta da capriate, con quattro eleganti baldacchini agli angoli. Notevole è il corredo decorativo: affreschi per lo più del XV e XVI secolo (Antonello da Serravalle, Francesco da Milano, Palma); sculture (fonte battesimale con vasca monolitica del secolo XI, due crocifissi lignei dei secoli XIV e XV, un altare rinascimentale con Santa Caterina), tabernacolo ligneo e polittico di scuola tizianesca; dipinti attribuiti a Palma il Giovane (1548-1628) e a Francesco Frigimelica (1560-1649 ca.).

A long avenue lined with cypresses leads to the Pieve di Sant'Andrea di Bigonzo, isolated in a clearing that once served as a cemetery. The term parish indicates a church of the origins, equipped with a baptistery, which was headed by the Christianization of a territory, and this corresponds to the foundation of Sant'Andrea in the fourth or fifth century, at the time of the martyrdom of Santa Augusta. The building in question is however rebuilt in Romanesque forms and consecrated in 1303 with great prominence in the chronicles of the time. The facade has a five-lobed rose window in the center and two sepulchral canopies. On the south side stands the seventeenth-century bell tower while on the opposite side there is a small Renaissance portico. The interior, very suggestive, has a single nave covered by trusses, with four elegant canopies at the corners. The decorative kit is noteworthy: frescoes mostly from the 15th and 16th centuries (Antonello da Serravalle, Francesco da Milano, Palma); sculptures (baptismal font with monolithic basin from the 11th century, two wooden crucifixes from the 14th and 15th centuries, a Renaissance altar with Saint Catherine), wooden tabernacle and polyptych from the Titian school; paintings attributed to Palma the Younger (1548-1628) and to Francesco Frigimelica (1560-1649 ca.).
