Ci sono 3 parroci che fanno riferimento alla chiesa di s Alfonso; ci ha sposato don Gianni, giovane e visionario ci ha regalato un omelia molto sentita e personale che abbiamo molto apprezzato per quanto proveniamo da un altra diocesi. La chiesa è piccola ma curata, una bomboniera. Non sono previsti ticket di ingresso l entrata è libera. Small church located in the heart of Marina di Camerota, behind the sea and in front of the main square, that of San Domenico. I got married there. There are 3 parish priests who refer to the church of s Alfonso; Don Gianni married us, a young and visionary he gave us a very heartfelt and personal homily which we greatly appreciated as far as we come from another diocese. The church is small but well-kept, a wedding favor. There are no entrance tickets, entry is free.

Dietro la chiesa si possono prendere delle sedie per sedersi in piazza durante la celebrazione. La trovo veramente un ottima idea per chi come me ha bisogno di partecipare a messa durante le ferie. La celebrazione esterna alla chiesa incoraggia molto perché si sta freschi. Il parroco è in gamba e il coro ben organizzato, così anche coloro che servono messa perciò risulta molto piacevole. Very beautiful church in the town center, in the square. On Sundays and holidays holy mass is celebrated outside. Behind the church you can take chairs to sit in the square during the celebration. I find it really a good idea for people like me who need to attend mass during their holidays. The celebration outside the church encourages a lot because it is fresh. The parish priest is smart and the choir well organized, so even those who serve mass are therefore very pleasant.

All'interno si trovano diverse statue di Santi e di Madonne conservati in teche da cui vengono tirati fuori e portati in processione nelle feste a loro dedicate. Dopo la Messa, celebrata all'esterno, la statua del santo patrono è stata portata in processione per le strade del paese. Per la ricorrenza sono stati allestiti mercatini, che hanno contribuito a dare maggiore vitalità a questa bella località. Beautiful church in a very large and suggestive square.
