★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Chiami per vedere immobili e ti dicono che verrai richiamato dall'incaricato: cosa che non avviene MAI.
In alcuni annunci c'è il numero di cellulare, provi a chiamare e "l'incaricato" ti dice che non ha le chiavi dell'immobile (!!!!), quindi non può farlo vedere, che ti richiamerà: ovviamente non richiamano.
Li devi praticamente inseguire per poter anche solo vedere una casa...che bel servizio che danno a chi gliele affida, non c'è che dire!
Vorrei capire con che faccia poi chiedono il 4% sia a venditore che acquirente...per quale lavoro svolto? L'aver messo un annuncio online (tra l'altro con foto che non fanno capire quasi nulla)??
Consiglio: anche se vi piace una casa, se è con questa agenzia, lasciate perdere: tempo e aspettative buttate. Non è mestiere per loro.
Bad! You call to see properties and they tell you that you will be called back by the person in charge: which NEVER happens.
In some ads there is a mobile number, you try to call and "the person in charge" tells you that he does not have the keys to the property (!!!!), so he cannot show it, he will call you back: obviously they do not call back .
You have to practically chase them in order to even see a house ... what a nice service they give to those who entrust them to them, no doubt about it!
I would like to understand with what face they ask for 4% to both seller and buyer ... for what work did they do? Having placed an ad online (among other things with photos that make you understand almost nothing)?
Advice: even if you like a house, if it is with this agency, forget it: time and expectations wasted. It is not a job for them.
