★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già usufruito dei servizi di promedia quando per ben due volte ho posto in affitto un immobile su Messina ed entrambe le volte ho avuto modo di apprezzare la cortesia quasi familiare del personale che ha espresso una professionalità fuori dall'ordinario portando sempre a compimento il mandato in tempi brevissimi e soprattutto con inquilini risultati poi molto affidabili. Di conseguenza quando ho deciso di porre in vendita l'immobile di cui abbiamo parlato mi sono rivolto al Sig. Claudio che mi aveva seguito nelle trattative precedenti e debbo dire che in quest'ultima occasione ha dato il meglio di se stesso risultando determinante in una trattativa che è risultata complicata dalla presenza di un inquilino un po' ostico. Tutto è andato in porto in tempi brevi, tutti i passaggi amministrativi sono stati agevolati dall'impegno e dalla costanza della Signorina Serena ed infine, l'ultimo ostacolo rappresentato da una concessione di mutuo all'acquirente che stava divenendo lunga e macchinosa è stato superato grazie alla mediazione presso l'Istituto Bancario del Sig. Sergio. Debbo dire tutti veramente in gamba, professionali e contemporaneamente vicini al cliente. Non esiterei un attimo a richiedere ulteriormente i loro servizi. Anzi colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli.

Everything went through in a short time, all the administrative steps were facilitated by the commitment and perseverance of Miss Serena and finally, the last obstacle represented by a loan to the buyer that was becoming long and cumbersome has been overcome. thanks to the mediation at the Banking Institute of Mr. Sergio. I must say all really smart, professional and at the same time close to the customer. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to request their services further. Indeed I take this opportunity to thank them.
