Potrei scrivere anche solo questo per lasciare a chi legge il gusto di viversi a pieno l’esperienza Chotto Chotto, perché di esperienza si tratta e come tale non può essere paragonata a nessun competitor nei dintorni ne ridotta a poche parole. Chotto Chotto è oltre. C’è sperimentazione, innovazione e rispetto della materia nei piatti (oltre alla qualità altissima della stessa) ed arriva tutto al consumatore. Un progetto ambizioso, curato in ogni dettaglio che unisce davvero la cucina nippo a quella pugliese nella maniera più geniale ed armoniosa che si potesse trovare. Complimenti! Tutto sullo sfondo di un locale bellissimo e del personale preparato e attento. Lasciatevi consigliare! E godetevi il viaggio! Expectations were very high and they were largely met and exceeded. I could even write this alone to leave the reader the pleasure of living the Chotto Chotto experience to the full, because it is an experience and as such it cannot be compared to any nearby competitor or reduced to a few words. Chotto Chotto is beyond. There is experimentation, innovation and respect for the material in the dishes (in addition to the very high quality of the same) and it all reaches the consumer. An ambitious project, with attention to every detail that truly unites Japanese cuisine with that of Puglia in the most ingenious and harmonious way that could be found. Well done! I baresi sono amanti infatti di pesce crudo e questo culto si coniuga bene col sushi. È un posto così bello, fronte mare, e la qualità dei piatti serviti è talmente buona che è difficile trovare un posto libero se non si prenota in tempo. Molto affollato infatti ma con le giuste misure di distanziamento. Ormai il clima non permette più di mangiare all'aperto perché con il mare di fronte lo scenario sarebbe perfetto. Particular place for sushi lovers but not only because the peculiarity of this restaurant is that here Japanese or oriental culture and tradition blend well with that of Puglia. In fact, the people of Bari are lovers of raw fish and this cult goes well with sushi. It is such a beautiful place, facing the sea, and the quality of the dishes served is so good that it is difficult to find a free seat if you do not book in time. Very crowded indeed but with the right distance measures. Now the climate no longer allows for outdoor dining because with the sea in front the scenery would be perfect.

Prima su Instagram, poi guardando il design pazzesco del locale e infine a ogni singolo morso. Qualità, inventiva, esecuzione: 10 e lode. Torneremo senza dubbio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzi. Take the best of Apulian products and combine them with Japanese recipes and flavors and you will have this place. It was love at first sight. First on Instagram, then looking at the crazy design of the place and finally with every single bite. Quality, inventiveness, execution: 10 and praise. We will come back without a doubt. La qualità degli ingredienti è veramente ottima e ci sono alcune chicche che difficilmente si trovano in altri ristoranti giapponesi (per esempio, l'ostrica fritta). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e il prezzo è coerente con la proposta culinaria e la qualità degli ingredienti. Ci tornerò appena possibile! Superb. One of the best in the area. The concept is to combine the Japanese culture with the Apulian one and I would say that the result is excellent! The quality of the ingredients is really excellent and there are some goodies that are hardly found in other Japanese restaurants (for example, the fried oyster). The staff is very kind and helpful and the price is consistent with the culinary proposal and the quality of the ingredients. I'll be back as soon as possible!
