Ho fatto l intero shampoo con acqua fredda, mi hanno fatto aspettare al lavaggio 15 minuti con i capelli bagnati in attesa che arrivava l acqua calda. Attesa inutile in quanto l acqua era sempre freddissima. Terribile proprio Bad experience .. I did the whole shampoo with cold water, they made me wait 15 minutes at the wash with wet hair waiting for the hot water to arrive. Useless waiting as the water was always very cold. Terrible just

Dopo esser stata all'anza healing center ho cambiato totalmente idea. Taglio spettacolare, proprietaria professionale e competente affiancata da un personale simpatico, dinamico e capace. Ogni volta che ci andava per una piega o il colore ecc.. era bersagliata dalla titolare che cercava di appioppare i prodotti Lanza vendendoli ad un prezzo carissimo mentre da Amazon puoi acquistarli per molto meno della metà. (e sono uguali che ché ne dica la signora). Ora, se vai a rilassarti dal perrucchiere non puoi continuamente sentirti dire compra questo, compra quello... E non mi dicano che i prodotti di Lanza da Amazon sono fasulli perché non è vero. Not very reliable. My wife went there but she doesn't go there anymore. Every time he went there for a fold or the color etc ... it was targeted by the owner who tried to apporpp the Lanza products by selling them at a very expensive price while from Amazon you can buy them for much less than half.
