Dopo contatto telefonico in cui ho spiegato modello del mio cellulare ed il tipo di problema, Mi sono fatto confermare che era possibile la riparazione e sono andato in negozio. Risultato: dopo 30 minuti di tentativi inutili in cui la batteria veniva staccata e riattacata a cellulare acceso adesso anche la batteria è bruciata e non va più (notare che io l avevo caricata prima di andare e il telefono si accendeva ), dopodichè mi è stato detto che non si poteva riparare. Hanno tolto la memoria da un Terabyte e senza avermi dato niente al suo posto e mi hanno cambiato la scheda grafica a una più inferiore. La riparazione è costata più del dovuto. Orribile! Il preventivo viene fatto telefonicamente, al momento del ritiro vengono chiesti ulteriori 60 euro, in contanti e senza scontrino. Alla restituzione non funziona la fotocamera. Mi viene detto che il guasto può essere causato dalla scheda madre o dalla fotocamera guasta....nonostante il problema fosse inesistente alla consegna mi vengono chiesti altri 90 euro in modo sommario. Prima della riconsegna non viene effettuato un check tecnico o una diagnostica, il telefono è stato consegnato bloccato e non mi è stato chiesto lo sblocco per tutti i test del caso.
