I would like to thank all the health personnel of the 4 Major (general medicine) for all the professionalism for all the love they have shown to Sara and for the support they have given me, thanks to them our stay was less traumatic ???

Si può definire sospensione ingiustificata di pubblico servizio? Chiedo ai più esperti! Di certo tante famiglie sono state messe in difficoltà. Booking and payment activity suspended for those arriving after 11.00 in the period from 2 to 5 November, without any notice to users and no reasons. Can it be defined as unjustified suspension of public service? I ask the most experienced! Certainly many families have been put in difficulty.
M	Mary Caro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza come sempre. Sono al pronto soccorso in codice giallo dalle ore 21:40 ed ancora sono in attesa... La persona seduta all'accettazione radiologia (un uomo in carne e con atteggiamento infastidito), dopo essersi preso il foglio rilasciato dalla sala mi dice di attendere e fa passare una persona CONOSCENTE. Siamo alle solite qui a Palermo. Per non parlare della velocità in cui trascrive i dati al pc, un tasto alla volta dopo averlo cercato disperatamente con gli occhi... 00:28... Sono ancora qui... Bad experience as always. I am in the emergency room in yellow code from 9:40 pm and I am still waiting ... The person sitting at the radiology reception (a man in the flesh and with an annoyed attitude), after taking the sheet released from the room tells me to wait and lets a KNOWING person pass. We are the usual here in Palermo. Not to mention the speed in which it transcribes the data to the PC, one key at a time after desperately looking for it with my eyes ... 00:28 ... I'm still here ...

Una vergogna dovreste solo chiudere essendo che avete a che fare con i bambini!!!!! Hospital on the edge of the obscene! They don't answer the phone and even if you go in person they make appointments without showing up! A shame you should just quit being that you are dealing with children !!!!!

Mi viene detto, prima delle feste, poi dopo le feste... Ad oggi ancora nessuno mi da una riposta ... È un nostro diritto avere risposte... Ogni volta devo pure pregare mandare messaggi per avere l'esito dei miei esami... Ma stiamo scherzando... Fare il vostro lavoro... No one answers on the phone ... I've been calling every day for months to get answers ... Everything is silent! I've been waiting to take exams for months! I am told, before the holidays, then after the holidays ... Hospital from "3 world" where the difference is made by doctors and health workers, who despite the great structural and material difficulties do as much as possible to make the environment livable even though it is not.

R	Roxana Canceal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in holiday in palermo and our daughter got a high fever, at first i was reluctant to go to this hospital because of the bad reviews but we went in the end. We did not have to wait, the doctor and nurse were very nice to us and to the child, it was free and we got some of the medicine for free also. If you have a pediatric emergency in palermo this place is great! PS: we didn't need to remain in the hospital so i can't say anything about that
