Il sentiero per raggiungerla è un po' impegnativo;una volta arrivati il panorama spazia dal lago di Santa Croce fino a Belluno, seguendo il corso del Piave. A small stone church from the 1300s, surrounded by woods. The path to reach it is a bit challenging, and once you arrive, the panorama stretches from Lake Santa Croce to Belluno, following the course of the Piave.

Siamo partiti da Nuova Erto scegliendo la strada diretta che in 45 minuti porta alla chiesa. La salita, seppur non lunga, è piuttosto impegnativa e richiede di essere affrontata con calma, a meno di non essere ben allenati. La chiesa e il panorama ripagano ampiamente la fatica. Risulta una gita di mezza giornata. Spectacular place with stunning views without having to climb too much and starting from the village. We started from Nuova Erto choosing the direct road that leads to the church in 45 minutes. The climb, although not long, is quite challenging and requires to be tackled calmly, unless you are well trained. The church and the landscape amply repay the effort. It is a half-day trip.

Medium climb, well-maintained path ... with a good pace about 30 min from Polpet ... once you have a wonderful view of the Piave Valley and a characteristic church ... nice!

La salita (45 min, consiglio la variante Pra de Barba chè è più facile e scorrevole) aiuta tutti noi a riflettere sulla giornata passata. Arrivati in cima (gli ultimi minuti sono pianeggianti e si può accennare una corsetta liberatoria) è tradizione suonare la campana, e fare sapere a tutto il paese che si è arrivati sani e salvi. Se ricordo bene dovrebbe esserci anche un libretto per le firme dentro alla chiesetta. The church of Sant'Andrea is a mystical and magical place for Polpet. The climb (45 min, I recommend the Pra de Barba variant which is easier and smoother) helps us all to reflect on the past day. Once you reach the top (the last minutes are flat and you can mention a free jog) it is traditional to ring the bell, and to let the whole country know that it has arrived safely. If I remember correctly there should also be a booklet for signatures inside the church.

Io direi non raggiungibile facilmente da anziani e da persone poco allenate. Non è molto distante...circa 1,5 km e si arriva su a 750 mt slm. Una volta su però la vista è bellissima. A	Ale Casta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche fantasioso bellunese potrebbe presentarvela come una "tranquilla passeggiata" (parla un fungarolo di Trento faccio notare), certo che se avete appena mangiato e appunto vi serve una piccola passeggiata non fa per voi, e neanche se avete qualche problema alle gambe, altimetro alla mano sono quasi 400 metri di dislivello in 30-40 minuti partendo da Polpet. La chiesetta non è niente di che, 3 per il panorama. Some imaginative people from Belluno could present it to you as a "quiet walk" (a mushroom from Trento speaks), of course if you have just eaten and just need a little walk, it is not for you, and even if you have any problems with your legs, altimeter at the hand are almost 400 meters in altitude in 30-40 minutes starting from Polpet.
