Si occupano della chiesa le Suore Minime del Sacro Cuore ed il Parroco Don Antonio insieme alla Congregazione dei Servi di Maria.
The oldest Marian Sanctuary in Viareggio, linked to the popular tradition of the feast of the SS. But Annunziata, which is celebrated on 25 March, is the patron saint of Viareggio. The Minimal Sisters of the Sacred Heart and the parish priest Don Antonio take care of the church together with the Congregation of the Servants of Mary.

The first church of Viareggio, the oldest formed by two naves in which the Santissima Annunziata painted by Catarsini is depicted in the nave of the main altar. Originally the church was dedicated to St. Peter.
