★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa di San Marco con l'annesso convento di clausura delle Carmelitane scalze fu costruito nella prima metà del XVI secolo, sui ruderi di una sinagoga ebraica, che delimitava il ghetto ebraico, ancora oggi ricordato dal nome dato alla zona: Iudeca.
The Church of San Marco with the adjoining convent of the Discalced Carmelites was built in the first half of the sixteenth century, on the ruins of a Jewish synagogue, which bounded the Jewish ghetto, still remembered by the name given to the area: Iudeca.
