La facciata, in pietra, è stata riportata all'originaria configurazione dopo l'intervento di restauro.
È una costruzione a capanna, ad una navata e senza abside.
La finestrella sul lato destro del presbiterio è una feritoia come quelle, oggi coperte dall'intonaco, che si aprivano su tutta la lunghezza del muro destro, e che testimoniano la funzione della chiesa anche come baluardo integrato del sistema difensivo del paese.
All'interno si segnala: l'acquasantiera in alabastro, l'altare a mensa rettangolare secentesca e la tavola della Madonna delle Grazie raffigurante la Madonna col melograno e il Bambino.

The stone facade has been restored to its original configuration after the restoration.
It is a gabled construction with a single nave and no apse.
The window on the right side of the presbytery is a slit like those, now covered by plaster, which opened along the entire length of the right wall, and which testify to the church's function as an integrated bulwark of the town's defense system.
Inside it should be noted: the alabaster stoup, the seventeenth-century rectangular altar and the table of the Madonna delle Grazie depicting the Madonna with pomegranate and the Child.
