The church is great, but the fact that you can't take a single photo with your phone spoils all the fun. Photos without flash cannot damage murals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cripta rupestre del XII XIII secolo, scavata nel blocco roccioso tufaceo a tre navate, che le conferiscono un aspetto di basilica. Le colonne che sorreggono i piccoli archi, hanno capitelli tutti diversi con scolpiti motivi vegetali e antropomorfi. Sulle pareti laterali e negli absidi si vedono tracce di affreschi di tipo bizantino, di alcuni si vedono solo piccoli particolari dovuti ai saggi, perché negli anni sono stati ricoperti da calce.
rock Crypt of the XII and XIII century, dug into the tuff rock block with three naves, which give it a basilica appearance. The columns supporting the small arches, have all different capitals carved with plant motifs and anthropomorphic. On the side walls and the apses you can see traces of Byzantine-style frescoes, some you only see small details due to the wise, because over the years have been covered with lime.
