★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sita alla Via Malatesta 80/A, addossata al perimetro nord delle antiche mura cittadine, dal 1355 e per i due secoli successivi fu sede delle Disciplinatrici, sezione femminile della Compagnia dei Disciplinati di Bagnaia. All'esito delle leggi eversive ottocentesche, passò in mani private, utilizzata come stalla e ripostiglio.
Ora la chiesa è un'abitazione privata, in parte utilizzata per custodire i costumi e gli arredi per le rappresentazione sacre del Venerdì Santo dall'attiguo Oratorio.
Sotto la chiesa si trova una grotta, con sepolture a colombaio di epoca romana, ove - in epoca più recente - è stata realizzata un’immagine della Vergine, venerata come La Madonna della Colombaia.
 Located at Via Malatesta 80 / A, leaning against the northern perimeter of the ancient city walls, from 1355 and for the following two centuries it was the seat of the Disciplinatrici, women's section of the Compagnia dei Disciplinati di Bagnaia. Following the nineteenth-century subversive laws, it passed into private hands, used as a stable and storage room.
Now the church is a private house, partly used to house the costumes and furnishings for the sacred performances of Good Friday from the adjacent Oratory.
Under the church there is a cave, with dovecote burials from the Roman era, where - in more recent times - an image of the Virgin was created, venerated as the Madonna della Colombaia.
