Presenta uno sfarzoso interno di stile barocco, ricco di pitture, stucchi, intagli e dorature. L'edificio presenta una pianta basilicale a navata unica absidata. Su ciascun lato si aprono tre cappelle. Nella seconda cappella sinistra è ospitato il dipinto raffigurante Santa Lucia fra la Madonna e Santa Caterina. Nell'abside vi sono cinque grandi tele raffiguranti il Martirio di Santa Lucia. Molto bella la volta affrescata da Giuseppe Malatesta di Fabriano. Nonostante le modeste dimensioni, la chiesa è ricca di opere d'arte di valore e molto interessanti. The church of Santa Lucia was built in the seventeenth century on the ground of another sacred place already documented in 1276. It has a sumptuous Baroque interior, full of paintings, stuccos, carvings and gilding. The building has a basilica plan with a single apsed nave. On each side there are three chapels. The second chapel on the left houses the painting depicting Saint Lucia between the Madonna and Saint Catherine. In the apse there are five large paintings depicting the Martyrdom of Saint Lucia. The vault frescoed by Giuseppe Malatesta di Fabriano is very beautiful. Despite the modest size, the church is full of valuable and very interesting works of art.

La chiesa è stata successivamente ricostruita così come la vediamo oggi, essa ha dimensioni contenute ed è interamente in mattoni. L'interno ad unica navata ha subito diversi interventi, oggi appare in stile barocco con molte decorazioni e stucchi. Su un altare laterale, chiuso in una teca, si trova un crocefisso del 1600 oggetto di venerazione dei locali e di pellegrinaggi da parte di molti fedeli. L	Luca Amarche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se l’esterno è in semplice laterizio l’interno ci appare ricco di marmi, pareti tappezzate di un bel tessuto ma soprattutto un antico crocifisso ligneo del ‘500 e diversi dipinti del ‘600 come Santa Lucia, la Vergine col Bambino e i Santi Luigi di Gonzaga e Carlo Borromeo e una lapide che attesta il recupero di una tomba con scheletro nella sacrestia, forse i resti di un martire. M	M. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa bellissima chiesa risale al 1674 ed è stata costruita su una chiesa che era giá pre-esistente. É stata la prima chiesa che ho visitato entrando ad Offagna. Da fuori colpisce per sua facciata, che è senplice, mentre dentro racchiude dei piccoli tesori. Ci sono cappelline laterali. Una in particolare ha colpito il mio sguardo, quella che riproduce la grotta in cui apparve la Madonnina di Lourdes. É fedele e veramente suggestiva. Nella prima cappella a sinistra si trova la cappella con un Crocifisso a cui tutta la comunitá é molto legato. La sua devozione è molto alta e sentita, e ad esso si riconoscono molti miracoli.
