★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle più antiche chiese della Città di Foligno.
Il primo nucleo risale addirittura al XII secolo "San Tommaso de cippischis". Lo dimostra infatti la struttura architettonica, nei vari strati delle pietre usate per l'edificazione, rigorosamente di colore bianco e rosa dei muri perimetrali.
Attualmente è chiusa al culto.
Il marmo con l'iscrizione sulla facciata risulta compromesso e di difficile lettura, necessita urgentemente di un restauro per renderlo nuovamente leggibile.
A protezione dell' ingresso e di una migliore visibilità sarebbe necessario un dissuasione per evitare soste selvagge.
