★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A metà strada tra Grandola e Naggio isolata e splendidamente solitaria tra i prati e boschi sorge questa chiesa antica che gode e offre al visitatore uno stupendo panorama che spazia dal lago di Como con la punta di villa Balbianello al lago di Lugano nei pressi di Porlezza. Saliti i sei gradini che portano alla bellissima porta di ingresso si entra in un altro mondo dove il silenzio si impone: siamo così poco avvezzi al non sentire nulla che lo stupore ci lascia affascinati.
Halfway between Grandola and Naggio isolated and splendidly solitary among the meadows and woods stands this ancient church which enjoys and offers the visitor a wonderful panorama that sweeps from Lake Como with the tip of Villa Balbianello to Lake Lugano near Porlezza. Climbing the six steps leading to the beautiful entrance door you enter another world where silence is imposed: we are so little used to not hearing anything that amazement leaves us fascinated.

The position of this beautiful church allows a view of the hamlets of Codogna, Cardano and Gonte from the churchyard, sweeping over the Val Menaggio with its lake. The interior is interesting with valuable paintings, a magnificent altar in gilded wood and a restored crucifix.
