Prima della visita Pallavicini del 1456, viene eretta a chiesa una cappella del territorio di Carù, dedicata a San Pietro.
Dal 1475 al 1564 viene aggregata a Caprile.
Conserva in facciata una pregevole icona in marmo carrarese recante la dicitura "Berto di Pietro…1647".
The territory that currently belongs to this parish has variously fluctuated within the curia of Piolo and Sologno. Later, as a parish, it belonged to Carù.
Before the visit of Pallavicini in 1456, a chapel was erected in the territory of Carù, dedicated to St. Peter.
From 1475 to 1564 it was aggregated to Caprile.
Preserves on the façade a valuable icon in Carrara marble bearing the words "Berto di Pietro ... 1647".
