★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La piccola chiesa barocca di San Pietro Apostolo, incastonata nella cinta muraria del centro storico di Montegranaro, è una vera perla risalente al 1771 (esattamente 250 anni fa). E' a pianta ellittica, quasi circolare. La chiesa mantiene il pavimento in cotto originale, una tela centrale, raffigurante San Pietro con accanto il gallo, e due laterali in corrispondenza degli altari secondari, ed è decorata con stucchi in gesso.  The small baroque church of San Pietro Apostolo, set in the walls of the historic center of Montegranaro, is a real pearl dating back to 1771 (exactly 250 years ago). It has an elliptical, almost circular plan. The church maintains the original terracotta floor, a central canvas depicting St. Peter with the rooster next to it, and two lateral ones corresponding to the secondary altars, and is decorated with plaster stucco.
