Tra i suoi ruderi, si conserva la facciata senza timpano e la base delle mura perimetrali. Probabilmente iniziata nei primi anni del Duecento, è tra i primi insediamenti religiosi nel Fermano. Nella metà del ‘700, dopo un saccheggio, i resti della chiesa furono riutilizzati per costruire il nuovo convento in centro. Rimane solo l’Oratorio, nel quale si conservano tuttora un affresco della Madonna dei Lumi, così detta per le tante stelle lucenti che la circondano, creduta miracolosa per le coppie che avevano difficoltà con i discendenti, ed un'altare-sarcofago, in pietra, opera tra le più importanti nelle Marche, è sovrastata da un'altra opera in pietra Sant’Agostino nell’atto di dare la Regola ai seguaci. Nel sarcofago era custodita la Sacra Spina della Corona del Cristo. Per secoli abbandonato e saccheggiato, è stato restaurato nel 2006. Like any ancient monument, this church also retains its charm. In the mid-1700s, after a sacking, the remains of the church were reused to build the new convent in the center. Only the Oratory remains, in which there is still a fresco of the Madonna dei Lumi, so called for the many shining stars that surround it, believed to be miraculous for couples who had difficulties with their descendants, and an altar-sarcophagus, in stone , one of the most important works in the Marches, is dominated by another stone work of Sant'Agostino in the act of giving the Rule to his followers. The Holy Thorn of the Crown of Christ was kept in the sarcophagus. For centuries abandoned and looted, it was restored in 2006.
