★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sua costruzione fu decisa nel 1614 utilizzando i fondi provenienti dai matrimoni.
La facciata barocca è delimitata da due coppie di lesene che si innalzano da alti piedistalli e termina con un cornicione a balaustra su cui poggia un fastigio curvilineo, arricchito da volute, di epoca successiva.
Sulla facciata si apre un portale in pietra sormontato da due finestre ovali.
Ha una sola navata, che termina con un abside poligonale, entrambe decorate con stucchi di epoca tardo-barocca.
All' interno sono custodite cinque tele della seconda metà del XVIII secolo, commissionate probabilmente al martinese Francesco De Mauro: la più piccola, di forma ovale, raffigura San Nicola ed è posta sopra la nicchia nell' abside che contiene la statua in cartapesta policroma dello stesso Santo.
I lavori di ristrutturazione del 1966 purtroppo hanno demolito l' antico altare maggiore barocco, i due altari laterali e la balaustra che delimitava l' abside.

The baroque façade is bordered by two pairs of pilasters that rise from tall pedestals and end with a balustrade cornice on which rests a curvilinear gable, enriched by scrolls, of a later period.
On the façade there is a stone portal surmounted by two oval windows.
It has a single nave, which ends with a polygonal apse, both decorated with late-Baroque stuccoes.
Inside there are five paintings of the second half of the eighteenth century, probably commissioned by the martin Francesco De Mauro: the smallest, oval, depicts St. Nicholas and is placed above the niche in the apse that contains the polychrome papier-mâché statue of same Saint.
Unfortunately, the renovation works of 1966 demolished the old baroque main altar, the two side altars and the balustrade that marked the apse.
