★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorta agli inizi del sec. XVIII sui ruderi delle antiche cappelle benedettine della SS. Annunziata e di S. Filippo Neri, la chiesa ospitò la confraternita laicale della Immacolata Concezione. La chiesa è a pianta basilicale a semplice nave: nella parete di fondo del presbiterio presenta una nicchia a motivi decorativi a volute, con cherubini e ghirlande e monogramma mariano; la volta di navata e la cupola del presbiterio presentano motivi decorativi floreali, medaglioni e cornici; le cappelle ai lati del presbiterio sono caratterizzate da motivi decorativi a cassettoni e rosette, vegetali e floreali. Il presbiterio è separato dalla navata e dalle cappelle laterali da una balaustra in marmo a motivi decorativi floreali, databile al sec. XIX, come le decorazioni plastiche con cancelletti in ferro battuto. Al suo interno si conserva un pregevole dipinto dell'Immacolata di Benedetto Brunetti da Oratino, datato 1660; interessante anche un coro ligneo ad intarsi di essenze di noce e acero, opera di Enrico Marchetti di Trivento, datato 1866.  Built at the beginning of the century. XVIII on the ruins of the ancient Benedictine chapels of SS. Annunziata and S. Filippo Neri, the church hosted the lay brotherhood of the Immaculate Conception. The church has a simple nave basilica plan: in the back wall of the presbytery it has a niche with decorative scroll motifs, with cherubs and garlands and a Marian monogram; the nave vault and the presbytery dome have floral decorative motifs, medallions and frames; the chapels on the sides of the presbytery are characterized by decorative coffered motifs and rosettes, vegetal and floral. The presbytery is separated from the nave and the side chapels by a marble balustrade with decorative floral motifs, datable to the 10th century. XIX, like the plastic decorations with wrought iron gates. Inside there is a valuable painting of the Immaculate Conception by Benedetto Brunetti da Oratino, dated 1660; Also interesting is a wooden choir inlaid with walnut and maple essences, the work of Enrico Marchetti di Trivento, dated 1866.
