★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la chiesa del mio paese dove abito dalla nascita,e' un luogo di fede mistico,al suo interno troneggia un crocifisso ligneo databile al 1200 oltre a varie tele di epoche diverse.l'edificio nei secoli e"stato rimaneggiato, e" certa la sua costruzione all'interno del castello "sasso di maremma" antecedente l'anno 1000 d.c.,del castello rimangono solo alcuni tratti di mura e fondamenta di edifici.la tradizione vuole che il castello sia stato conquistato e distrutto da Federico detto il Barbarossa,perche' appartenente a famiglia contraria all'imperatore, successivamente venne incluso nei possedimenti senesi.
 It is the church of my country where I live since birth, it is a place of mystical faith, inside it dominates a wooden crucifix dating back to 1200, as well as various paintings from different eras. certain its construction inside the castle "sasso di maremma" prior to the year 1000 AD, of the castle there remain only some sections of walls and foundations of buildings. the tradition wants that the castle was conquered and destroyed by Federico called Barbarossa , because belonging to a family opposed to the emperor, it was later included in the Sienese possessions.
