★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni paramenti regolari di alberese rivelano la sua origine medievale, ma l'aspetto odierno fa presumere una ristrutturazione cinque-seicentesca.
La facciata a capanna è intonacata, ed è animata dal portale in pietra. L'interno è a navata unica, con corto transetto e la cappella della Misericordia sulla sinistra. La volta è a sesto ribassato, con lunette che si raccordano con lesene di ordine ionico.
Una tavola con la Madonna col Bambino in trono e angeli è opera di un maestro primo cinquecentesco noto col nome convenzionale di Maestro di Monterotondo Marittimo o di Pomarance. Una tela della prima metà del XIX secolo di autore ancora non identificato raffigura le Esequie di una fanciulla alla presenza dei confratelli della Misericordia.
 Some regular alberese vestments reveal its medieval origins, but today's appearance suggests a fifteenth-seventeenth century restructuring.
The gabled façade is plastered, and is animated by the stone portal. The interior has a single nave, with a short transept and the chapel of the Misericordia on the left. The vault has a lowered arch, with lunettes that are connected with Ionic pilasters.
A table with the Madonna and Child Enthroned and Angels is the work of a first sixteenth-century master known by the conventional name of Maestro of Monterotondo Marittimo or of Pomarance. A canvas from the first half of the nineteenth century by a still unidentified author depicts the funeral of a young girl in the presence of the confreres of Mercy.
