★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio per Sassoferrato l'abbiamo trovata aperta... molto interessante e particolare non solo per gli affreschi conservati nel suo interno ma anche per le originalità ospitate (un grazie all'addetto cortese e molto preparato).
Chiesa edificata nel XIII secolo, dedicata successivamente a San Francesco, in stile tardo romanico, a unica navata....sorta sulle rovine di un precedente ed antico luogo di culto. Merita una visita.
Passing through Sassoferrato we found it open ... very interesting and particular not only for the frescoes preserved in its interior but also for the originality it hosted (thanks to the courteous and very skilled worker).
Church built in the thirteenth century, later dedicated to St. Francis, in late Romanesque style, with a single nave .... built on the ruins of an earlier and ancient place of worship. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La visita della chiesa, che è tutt ora consacrata, ma spesso chiusa, è da concordare con i volontari della pro Loco. È Senza altro da visitare con la guida, che nel nostro caso era il SIg. Edgardo che ci ha fornito numerose ed interessanti informazioni storiche. Visita assolutamente consigliata da effettuare unitamente a tutto il centro storico abitato di sassoferrato.
The visit to the church, which is still consecrated but often closed, is to be agreed with the volunteers of the pro Loco. It is without anything else to visit with the guide, which in our case was the SIg. Edgardo who provided us with numerous and interesting historical information. Absolutely recommended visit to be carried out together with the whole historic center of Sassoferrato.
