R	Roberta Micali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castello Ruderi. Amantea è incantevole, non per questo mi piace chiamarla "la città incantata". Salento verso la parte più antica si intravede la torre del castello di Amantea. Per arrivare bisogna lasciare la macchina al centro storico e poi salire a piedi. La posizione porta il Castello in VIA DEL CASTELLO, ma è proprietà privata, quindi conviene proseguire con la macchina, trovare un parcheggio prima del restringimento della strada e salire a piedi. L'unica pecca è che non è possibile raggiungere la torre, ma si sale e si arriva alla CHIESA DI SAN FRANCESCO D'ASSISI. Castle Ruins. Amantea is enchanting, that's not why I like to call it "the enchanted city". Salento towards the oldest part you can see the tower of the Amantea castle. To get there you have to leave the car in the historic center and then go up on foot. The location brings the Castle to VIA DEL CASTELLO, but it is private property, so it is advisable to continue by car, find a parking space before the narrowing of the road and walk up. The only flaw is that it is not possible to reach the tower, but you go up and you get to the CHURCH OF SAN FRANCESCO D'ASSISI.

Il momento più bello credo sia al tramonto Per arrivarci ho fatto una strada che non mi è piaciuta molto Avrei preferito fosse più pulita e più sicura. Si potrebbe creare un percorso per salire in alto, credo ci fosse una torre. Non so con certezza proprio perché è su una montagnella. Amantea vecchia è molto carina. Ammirevoli e graziosi i dipinti sulle porte delle case abbandonate. Very nice place. There is a crazy view. The best moment I think it is at sunset To get there I did a road which I did not like very I would have preferred it to be cleaner and safer. You could create a path to go up, I think there was a tower. I do not know for sure because it is on a Montagnella. Amantea old is very pretty. The paintings on the doors of abandoned houses are admirable and graceful.

Peccato che sia rimasto un po" abbandonato...se capitate nel paese dovete assolutamente fare visita a questo rudere e se avete un po" di gamba salite fino alla torre e al castello, altri posti magnifici. Wonderful place!!! Too bad it has remained a bit abandoned ... if you happen to be in the town you absolutely must visit this ruin and if you have a bit of a leg, go up to the tower and the castle, other magnificent places.

Non c'è una strada ma bisogna arrampicarsi e ne vale veramente la pena. La vista mozzafiato merita assolutamente la camminata. Panoramic place. Beautiful, .. shame. For the upper part where the tower is located is abandoned and not easy to reach. There is no road but you have to climb and it is really worth it. The breathtaking view is absolutely worth the walk.
