★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eretta nelle forme attuali nel XVII secolo, questa basilica, che ospita le reliquie del santo patrono della diocesi, si presenta semplice e pulita nelle forme esterne, affiancata da un imponente campanile di mattoni, mentre all'interno accoglie il fedele con una serie di affascinanti decorazioni: l'intero presbiterio, sormontato da una volta riccamente adornata di stucchi bicolori, oltre all'organo e a diverse statue di santi a grandezza quasi naturale, ospita l'urna marmorea (con marmi policromi) che raccoglie le spoglie di San Bellino.
Pur non potendo vantare le dimensioni e la ricchezza di altre basiliche più celebri, questa chiesa merita certamente una visita da parte del turista occasionale (mentre è una tappa obbligata per il fedele della diocesi di Adria-Rovigo).
Built in the current forms in the seventeenth century, this basilica, which houses the relics of the patron saint of the diocese, is simple and clean in the external forms, flanked by an imposing brick bell tower, while inside it welcomes the faithful with a series of fascinating decorations: the entire presbytery, surmounted by a vault richly adorned with two-colored stuccos, in addition to the organ and several statues of saints of almost natural size, houses the marble urn (with polychrome marble) that collects the remains of San Bellino.
Although it cannot boast the size and richness of other more famous basilicas, this church certainly deserves a visit by the occasional tourist (while it is an obligatory stop for the faithful of the diocese of Adria-Rovigo).
