Nel ricostruire l'abitato intorno a Via Montefeltro (che conduceva all'unica porta rimasta) la popolazione superstite edificò anche questa chiesa come ringraziamento per lo scampato pericolo. L' oratorio - ristrutturato nel 1800 - rimane quasi inosservato rispetto alla Cattedrale e alla Pieve. Attualmente è chiuso al culto a causa di un corto circuito che ha danneggiato l'impianto elettrico causando un piccolo incendio. In 1640 the cliff of San Leo collapsed, overwhelming part of the ancient medieval village. In reconstructing the built-up area around Via Montefeltro (which led to the only remaining gate) the surviving population also built this church as a thank-you for the escaped danger. The oratory - renovated in 1800 - remains almost unnoticed compared to the Cathedral and the Pieve. It is currently closed to worship due to a short circuit that damaged the electrical system causing a small fire.

M	Marco Ravagnati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chiesa dalle piccole dimensioni che è difficile individuare anche se si affaccia sulla via principale perché incastonata tra gli antichi edifici del borgo medievale di San Leo. In effetti solo la porta differente dalle altre che si affacciano sulla via lastricata è l' unico indizio che la fa individuare. Internamente molto raccolta e dai colori vivaci si differenzia dalle altre due chiese di San Leo. Sembrerebbe una costruzione recente ma, come tutte le costruzioni del borgo, risale intorno al XVII secolo. I dipinti e le sculture sono in buono stato di conservazione come le pareti e gli arredi. A small church that is difficult to spot even if it faces the main street because it is set among the ancient buildings of the medieval village of San Leo. In fact, only the door that is different from the others facing the paved street is the only clue that makes it appear. Internally it is very cozy and brightly colored, it differs from the other two churches of San Leo. It would appear to be a recent construction but, like all buildings in the village, dates back to the 17th century. The paintings and sculptures are in good condition like the walls and the furnishings.

L’edificio, situato all’inizio della via Montefeltro, la strada che conduce a quella che è rimasta l’unica porta d’ingresso al paese, inaugura urbanisticamente l’ampliamento secentesco del nucleo medievale. The church dedicated to the Madonna di Loreto was built in 1640 by the leontine community in thanks for the escaped danger represented by the terrible landslide that swept away the second access door to the boulder and a large part of the ancient town. The building, located at the beginning of via Montefeltro, the road that leads to what has remained the only entrance to the town, inaugurates the seventeenth-century expansion of the medieval core urbanistically.
