Sulla facciata, liscia e austera, merletti di pietra si dipartono dal portale settecentesco tardo barocco per avvolgere il finestrone e la sormontante nicchia che ospita la statua della Vergine e un finestrone sopra il quale è stato collocato un teschio posto in una conchiglia. Sul finestrone è incisa una data: 1728. Sotto la nicchia della Madonna è inciso "S. Maria Mater Misericordiae Erga Anima Defunctor".
