All'interno della chiesa, oltre ai simulacri dei tre fratelli santi e martiri, è possibile ammirare un pozzo, posto a sinistra dell'unica navata. Secondo la tradizione il pozzo fu originato in seguito ai rimbalzi dalla lingua strappata a Sant'Alfio.
